1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service through the MadeKleen website, the client agrees to the following
Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
MadeKleen provides residential cleaning services as selected during the online booking
process. Service scope is based on the cleaning type and any add-ons selected at the time of
booking. Cleaning duration estimates are provided for scheduling purposes only and may
vary depending on the condition and size of the property.
3. Pricing & Payment
All services must be booked and paid through the MadeKleen website. Pricing is based on
the service selected during booking and confirmed prior to service. Payment is required at
the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
4. Deposits & Minimum Service Requirements
5 Bedroom and Post Renovation cleaning services require a deposit at the time of booking
and are subject to a 4-hour minimum charge. Deposits secure a reserved service time and
are non-refundable. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost. If additional
time is required beyond the initial estimate, the remaining balance must be approved and
paid before service continues. If additional time is declined, service will conclude once the
minimum booked time has been completed.
5. Scheduling & Property Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If
access is not provided at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations
made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service cost. Sameday cancellations, lockouts, or inability to access the property may result in the full service
amount being charged. Deposits for 5 Bedroom and Post Renovation cleans are nonrefundable as they secure a reserved service time.
7. Health & Safety
MadeKleen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where health or safety
concerns exist, including but not limited to pests, infestations, or hazardous conditions. If
service cannot be completed due to these conditions, no refund will be issued.
8. Satisfaction Policy
Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of service
completion. MadeKleen will review and address concerns where appropriate.
9. Liability
MadeKleen is insured and bonded. Liability applies only to damages caused directly by
negligence during the cleaning service.
10. Changes to Terms
MadeKleen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version
in effect at the time of booking will apply to the service.
