• Do you work by the hour or by the job?

  We work by the job.

• Do you only do house cleaning?

  No, we also do commercial cleaning. Check out the ‘Our Services’ page for more information. You can also send us an email, or give us a call to get more specific information!

• Do you clean up after parties?

  Yes we do! Check out our Request form, and select the type of cleaning services you require.

• Do you do move in and out cleaning?

  Yes we do! Check out our Request form, and select Move In/Out under additional services.

• Do you do weekly cleanings, or only one time cleans?

  Join our MadeKleen Member Program, and enjoy weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services, at a discounted price!

• What hours of the week do you work?

  We work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm & Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays & holidays.

• Do you bring your own supplies?

  Yes, but we can also use the supplies provided by the client.

• Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?

  As part of our regular cleaning duties, washing the dishwasher and/or emptying the dishwasher is a must!

• Are you bonded and insured?

  MadeKleen ensures that all of our staff our bonded and insured, to protect not only us but you as well. We are also able to provide documentation if needed for commercial or legal reasons.

• Do you clean windows?

  Yes we do. Check out our Request form, and look at our Additional Services.

• Do you have your own vaccuum?

  Yes we do!
